第四届“丝路青年梦想汇”将于2021年8月举办，本届活动以“扶贫、绿色发展、国际合作”为主题，聚合政府、外交、经济、教育、文化、企业、社会团体等资源，从青年人的视角向世界讲述中国的扶贫故事，多层面展示宣传中国的扶贫成就和经验。
活动由“演讲、音乐、摄影、沙画、雕塑”比赛、新增的创业大赛和短视频大赛，以及颁奖典礼、文化体验、讲座研讨、参观考察组成，内容丰富、形式多样、立意高远。
The 4th “Silk Road & Young Dreams” takes “Achieving Young Dreams in Poverty Alleviation and Green Development” as its theme, encourages the youth to elaborate the understanding, researches, observation and suggestions on “poverty alleviation, international cooperation and sustainable development”, so as to show the responsibility of youth in participating in global poverty elimination.
The event consists of 5 regular contests of Speech, Music, Photography, Sand Painting, Sculpture, 2 new competitions of Start-up and Short Video, as well as Awarding Ceremony, Culture Experience, Workshop and Field Trip.

Music Contest
参赛指南
1. 主题：体现“扶贫、青年、梦想、丝路、国际合作、可持续发展、运动精神”等元素或展现国家、地区、城市风情的作品，高雅、健康向上、符合活动主题。
2. 内容：不做具体限定，但鼓励参赛者用音乐传达对减贫脱贫的决心，用动听的旋律表达对建设可持续发展家园的希望。
3. 组别：比赛分为演唱组和乐器组，参赛者可任意选报其中一组。
4. 时长：限定在7分钟内。
5. 大赛组委会有权将参赛作品用于大赛宣传，并在媒体、网络等场合播放。
Contest Guide
1. Theme: In line with the theme of the event, entries should reflect elements of “Poverty Alleviation, Youth, Dream, Silk Road, International Cooperation, Sustainable Development, Sport Spirit” or uniqueness and culture of countries, regions or cities.
2. Content: There is no limitation on specific content. However, the participants are encouraged to use music to show their determination and hope for beating the poverty, and express their wishes to build a green and sustainable community.
3. Category: There will be Singing Group and Musical Instrument Group for participants to choose from.
4. Duration: Within 7 minutes.
5. Publicity: The Organizing Committee has the right to publicize all entries and broadcast them on media and Internet.
评优原则
1. 表演主题：契合活动主题，内容积极向上。
2. 技巧运用：表演完整流畅，音乐功底扎实，音乐素养良好。
3. 情感表达：表现力和感染力强，既诠释作品，又展示自我。
4. 台风仪态：自信、从容，气质良好。
5. 加分项：
（1）参赛作品为选手原创、改编，体现选手的全新创意和独特视角；
（2）参赛者曾经/现在为扶贫工作者。
Evaluation Criteria
1. Content is highly relevant to the theme of the event with a positive attitude.
2. Complete and smooth performance with solid skills and good music literacy.
3. Good interpretation of the work and personality with strong expression and appeal.
4. Performing with confidence and good manners.
5. Bonus points:
(1) Original songs, or adaptation which reflect the creativity and contestant’s own ideas
(2) Participants worked/are working for poverty alleviation in person.
参赛流程
1. 报名：2月1日-6月30日
方式一：扫描以下二维码完成报名：
方式二：点击下载报名表，按要求填写后发送至活动邮箱silkroadmusic@163.com，邮件以“姓名+演唱/乐器+报名”命名，如：秦年+演唱+报名。
2. 初赛评选：7月1日-7月5日
专家组根据报名内容评选出入围参赛者并公布名单。
3. 决赛作品提交：7月6日-7月23日
收到决赛邀请后，入围参赛者将参加决赛的表演录制成视频，并发至邮箱：silkroadmusic@163.com，邮件以“姓名+演唱/乐器+决赛”命名，如：孟翔+演唱+决赛。逾期未发送者将自动视为弃权。
4. 决赛评选：7月24日-7月31日
专家组评选出优胜者，公布获奖名单。
5. 颁奖典礼：8月29日
获奖者有机会前往现场参加颁奖典礼。

2. Preliminary Review: July 1st - July 5th
The Organizing Committee invites experts to select the finalists and announce the list based on the evaluation of the content of application.
3. Final Work Submission: July 6th - July 23rd
After receiving the invitation to the final, the finalists shall record the final entry as video, and send it to silkroadmusic@163.com. Email should be titled as follows: “Name + Singing/Musical Instrument + Final”, for example: “Mike + Singing + Final”. Those who do not send by the due date will automatically be deemed to be abstaining.
4. Final Review: July 24th - July 31st
Experts select the winners and announce the list based on the evaluation of the final works of finalists.
5. Awarding Ceremony: August 29th
The Organizing Committee invites the winners to attend Awarding Ceremony.
奖项设置
演唱组设一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖3名。
乐器组设一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖3名。
单项奖：最佳原创作品奖2名，最佳组合奖2名。
优胜奖若干名。
1. 获奖者获得梦想汇活动通用奖励（奖状、奖品等）。
2. 获奖者优先进入“丝路青年@”歌手组合，参与原创歌曲专辑录制。
3. 优秀选手有机会参与丝路电视剧拍摄及中国各大电视台音乐综艺节目录制。
Prize
Song Contest: 1 First prize, 2 Second prizes and 3 Third prizes.
Musical Instrument Contest: 1 First prize, 2 Second prizes and 3 Third prizes.
Single Award: 2 Best Original Work, 2 Best Group Award.
A certain number of Award of Excellence.
1. Prize winners will be granted with certificates and trophies.
2. Priority to be included in “Silk Road Youth @” singer group and create the original album.
3. Opportunity to participate in Silk Road TV show shooting and music show recording.
